Jenny joined Reliant Funding as General Counsel in February of 2021 with the duty to continue leading the legal department, overseeing all legal activities such as litigation, corporate governance and contractual matters. Licensed for over fifteen years, Merris has distinguished herself as a business-focused legal executive specializing in banking, real estate and litigation. Previously, Merris served as In-House Counsel at Trinity Financial Services, Associate Attorney at PIB Law and Associate Attorney at Alvarado Smith APC.
